Watertown is located approximately 70 miles north of Syracuse and 30 miles south of Canada, and is just off Rt 81, exit 45 (Arsenal Street). Visitors can also enter the City coming in from Utica/Rome direction using Rt 12, or from the Western NY area using Rt 3, or from the NorthEast using Rt 11.
